This falls into future-telling. Oftentimes if you don’t ask, the information is there in the reading and I will share it with you if you desire to know. But as soon as you ask, it becomes future-telling and I cannot tell you.

Appointments are paid in full via credit card at the time of the reading. All services require a $75 deposit. The remainder is paid at the beginning of the session before we get started. The fee will appear at 'Conscious Living Unlimited, LLC' or Christine Agro on your statement.

My truth is that our lessons are why we are here. To tell someone what their future holds – whether that is about a job, a relationship, pregnancy, or a lost animal – takes their power away from them. We have many paths that we can travel, and which ones we choose depends on our own growth and awareness. When someone tells you your future, they take your power away to make choices, learn, and heal along the way. I *can* see into the future, but it is my commitment to the growth of each individual not to work in this way.

No- you cannot. Scheduling a reading is the first step in having a reading. Readings move energy, create change, launch healing and growth. A person must be able to take the first step to inqure about having a reading.

Readings are done by phone. During a reading, I look at energy and information that affects your health, wellness, relationships, and spiritual journey. I do not do future telling nor will I tell you what to do. I offer guidance, insight, and recommendations to support you. Readings are information only - if you want to learn some tools, have me guide you in your healing work, or have more of a coaching session, please book a one-to-one session. (The cost is the same - I'm just in a different space when I do one-to-ones verses readings.

All sessions are self-contained, which means I offer you all the information and insight that is available in a single session. There is no requirement to work with me again, but you are welcome to if it is your desire. Conscious Living Unlimited is the name of my company. Service fees sometimes appear on your statement as Conscious Living, Conscious Living Unlim, Conscious Living Unlimited, or as Christine Agro.

Because of the deep growth nature of my sessions, the ability to pay for the session is part of having the information you will receive. In keeping with my philosophy on emergencies, if you don’t have the ability to pay for a reading, then I'm not the right person to work with at this time. Money is often a gatekeeper of our deeper growth and healing path. (I say this from personal experience and with 23 years of working with people. Money is the definitive yes/no gauge that informs our direction (at least while we are unaware - as you evolve, this changes.) Sometimes it's a matter of moving beyond your money pictures and saying, 'yes, I deserve this,' and other times, it's your Spirit's way of saying, 'this isn't right for you right now.' Don't be angry, or frustrated, or resentful; set out an intention to find the person who is right for you.

One-To-One sessions are done via Zoom and are more interactive in the sense of exchanging information, me checking in with what you are noticing and experiencing, and provide the space for me to guide and support you in doing your own healing work. As with Readings, I do not do future telling or tell you what to do.

If your reading or one-to-one has not happened yet, please check the service page for information regarding refunds of deposits or payment prior to your session. Your confirmation email has refund information in it. Also, the booking page for each offering has information about refunds. If you are asking about a refund post reading/session or after you've purchased a program the answer is no. There are no expressed out comes to readings, sessions, or programs. As such, there are no refunds. Whether you recognize the shifts or healing you've received, just stepping into an agreement with me has me holding space for you growth. Saying 'yes' to a program is a healing space. A reading/session provides healing & growth. If a program is available indefinitely, I'm holding space for you to do that program, whether you are ready to or not. Your programs are available for at least a year for you to step into. If you run into resistance to do the work. I encourage you to reach out to me and let me know you're stuck. I'll help if there is a way for me to help.

I will call you and I'm generally very prompt. Expect me to call a few minutes before your scheduled reading so we can get the payment remainder out of the way.

I don't believe in emergencies. Everything that happens in our life is part of our learning, growth, and healing. The delay in a session is often the time you need to process something important. If you do have an urgent need, feel free to email me at support@christineagro.com and I'll see what things look like. Just trust that your appointment will be scheduled when it will support you most.

I used to do a lot of lost pet work, but for the most part, I have stopped. You are free to email me to see if I can help, but please be prepared for me to decline. support@christineagro.com Here's the thing - animals are rarely lost. They typically leave for a reason, and the key to their return is helping to clear up that reason - if possible. Animals who are transitioning may want to be alone, which has nothing to do with not loving you and everything to do with what they need in order to transition. If you understand this and are interested in having me support you and your animal who has left, please book an animal session, and I will do all I can to clean up the space, encourage them to come back, and to help you understand Spiritual agreements. Can you tell me if my dog or cat is alive? This falls into future-telling. If your dog or cat is lost and you ask me for help, don’t ask this question because then the information stops. Simply ask to better understand why they have left. And whatever information is available in the reading will present itself. Animals do not ‘get lost’, they leave for one reason or another.

I work with everybody. Historically my work has focused on supporting and empowering women, moms-to-be, parents, animal guardians and animals, both living and transitioned. But I am open to working with anyone who is seeking healing, insight and guidance for their growth.
